AIR SCHEDULE

Air schedules are tentative and subject to change. Schedules will be supplied in final documents. Our air contract is based on travel 9/1and 9/8 and cannot be deviated. However, if you wish to go into Seattle a day or two early or stay a day or two post cruise, we can provide an air credit of $270 per person, then book individual air, transfers and hotels for you. Please call our office to request.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • ****THIS TOUR REQUIRES A VALID PASSPORT*******
  • Deposit of $600 per person is due with booking. 2nd payment of $800 per person is due March 1, 2012. Final payment is due April 25, 2012.
  • If cancelled before March 1, $525 penalty is assessed. If cancelled before April 25, $700 penalty is assessed. If cancelled on or after April 25, 2012, trip is nonrefundable.
  • Rates represent a 5% discount if paying by check, cash or money order. Payments made by credit card are 5% higher. We accept MC, VI, AX and Disc. An authorized signature form is required by fax.
  • Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
  • If you are not an American Citizen, you are responsible to have proper documentation to enter any of the ports of call. Failure to do so may result in being denied boarding.
  • Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 90 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
  • Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
