- NCL offers up to 14 dining options. Some restaurants have a surcharge and require reservations
- A non refundable deposit of $200 per person is due with booking. Non refundable final payment is due July 15, 2012.

- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 90 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
- Also, birth dates are required for ALL passengers.
