** The Antarctica Experience. Exact itinerary in Antarctica will depend on permissions, ice, weather conditions and time available. There will be no landings in Antarctica. Visits by cruise ships to the Antarctic require government approval. Holland America Line has obtained government approval for this cruise. There remains the possibility, however, that this approval could be withdrawn if a change is made in applicable governmental requirements.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- A deposit of $1500 per person is due with booking. 2nd payment of $2000 is due Aug 1. Final payment of is due Oct 1, 2009.
- If cancelled before Aug 1, 2009 a fee of $1300 per person is assessed. If cancelled between Aug 1–Oct 1, a fee of $2000 per person is assessed. If cancelled after Oct. 1 - package is nonrefundable.
- Rates represent a 5% discount if paying by check, cash or money order. Payments made by credit card are 5% higher. We accept MC, VI, AX and Disc. An authorized signature form is required by fax.
- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.

- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 35 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
