PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- A $800 per person deposit is due with booking. Final payment is due May 20, 2010.
- If cancelled before May 20, 2010, a cancellation fee of $500 per person is assessed. If cancelled on or after May 20, package is totally non-refundable.
- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- The advertised price represents a 5% discount for payments made by cash or check. The price is 5% higher for a credit card payment and requires an authorized signature. We accept AX, Visa, MC and DISCOVER.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 60 days prior to departure for $100 per name.
- Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
