PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- A $1200 deposit is due with booking. 2nd payment of $1300 is due Mar. 15, 2010. Final payment is due June 1, 2010.
- If cancelled before Mar. 1, 2010, a fee of $600 per person is assessed. If cancelled before June 1, a fee of $900 per person is assessed. If cancelled on or after June. 1, 2010, package is non-refundable.
- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- A valid non-expired passport is required for travel.
- The advertised price represents a 5% discount for payments made by cash or check. The price is 5% higher for a credit card payment and requires an authorized signature. We accept AX, Visa, MC and DISCOVER.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 90 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
- Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
