- A deposit of $500 per person is due with booking. Final payment is due Aug. 1 2008.
- Rates represent a 5% discount if paying by check, cash or money order. Payments made by credit card are 5% higher.
- If cancelled before Aug 1, a fee of $500 per person is assessed. If cancelled on or after Aug. 1, trip is nonrefundable.
- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on your passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 45 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
- Also, birth dates are required for ALL passengers.
- Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
