Join us on a quick vacation getaway, but more importantly to honor the gentleman we have all loved for so many years. We will attend a special luncheon on April 13 to support our friend, Dallas Radio icon, Mr. Ron Chapman who will be inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame. We can only take 50 people so this is definitely on a first come, first served basis.

ITINERARY
Day 1 Welcome to Las Vegas, where we will be met and transferred to our hotel, Planet Hollywood
Day 2 Day at leisure.
Day 3 At approximately 11:00 AM, we will leave the hotel as a group, walk (approx 5 min) to the nearest entrance and ride the MONORAIL to the Las Vegas convention center. One way price is approx $5. There we will be escorted to the luncheon and the induction ceremony. (Lunch is included). After lunch, the rest of the day is at leisure. Tonight, please join us for a one hour cocktail party with our special guest, Ron Chapman.
Day 4 Day at leisure until approximately 2:00PM where we will meet at the hotel lobby with our bags to board our motorcoach for the return transfer back to the Las Vegas airport.

- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on your ID. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 60 days prior to departure for $100 per name.
- Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
- Prices represent a 5% discount for payment by check or money order. Rates are 5% higher if using a credit card and require an authorized signature. We accept MC, VISA, AX, & DISCOVER.
