PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

- A deposit of $400 per person is due with booking. Final payment is due Feb 28, 2010.
- If cancelled before Feb 28, $200 penalty is assessed. If cancelled on or after Feb 28, trip is nonrefundable.
- Rates represent a 5% discount if paying by check, cash or money order. Payments made by credit card are 5% higher. We accept MC, VI, AX and Disc. An authorized signature form is required by fax.
- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- If you are not an American Citizen, you are responsible to have proper documentation to enter any of the ports of call. Failure to do so may result in being denied boarding.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 90 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
- Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
