AIR SCHEDULE

We will be arranging flight schedules as soon as they are available for sale, 330 days before departure. Pricing will be available at this time and a separate deposit will need to be made.
Tickets will be issued approximately 30 days prior to departure. Final schedules will be provided in final documentation. Flight #’s and times are subject to change. Airline baggage fees are additional and will apply.


PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • A $250 per person deposit is due with booking. 2nd payment of $700 per person is due July. 1, 2010. Final payment is due Sept. 20, 2010.
  • If cancelled before July 1, 2010, a cancellation fee of $150 per person is assessed. If cancelled before Sept. 20, 2010, a cancellation fee of $500 per person is assessed. If cancelled on or after Sept. 20, 2010 package is totally non-refundable.
  • Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
  • The advertised price represents a 5% discount for payments made by cash or check. The price is 5% higher for a credit card payment and requires an authorized signature. We accept AX, Visa, MC and DISCOVER.
  • Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 90 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
  • Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
