AIR SCHEDULE
We We will be flying on American Airlines from DFW.
Tickets will be issued approximately 30 days prior to departure. Final schedules will be provided in final documentation. Flight #’s and times are subject to change. Airline baggage fees are additional and will apply.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- A $250 per person deposit is due with booking. 2nd payment of $700 per person is due July. 1, 2010. Final payment is due Sept. 20, 2010.
- If cancelled before July 1, 2010, a cancellation fee of $150 per person is assessed. If cancelled before Sept. 20, 2010, a cancellation fee of $500 per person is assessed. If cancelled on or after Sept. 20, 2010 package is totally non-refundable.
- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- The advertised price represents a 5% discount for payments made by cash or check. The price is 5% higher for a credit card payment and requires an authorized signature. We accept AX, Visa, MC and DISCOVER.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 90 days prior to departure for $200 per name.
- Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
