PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

- A deposit of $700 per person is due with booking. 2nd payment of $800 is due Jun 15. Final payment is due Aug 1, 2009.
- If cancelled before Aug 1, 2009 a fee of $500 per person is assessed. If cancelled between Jun 1–Aug 1, a fee of $900 per person is assessed. If cancelled after Oct. 1 - package is nonrefundable.
- Rates represent a 5% discount if paying by check, cash or money order. Payments made by credit card are 5% higher. We accept MC, VI, AX and Disc. An authorized signature form is required by fax.
- Insurance information will be provided. Please read the information carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.
- Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport. (No nicknames) Name changes may be made up to 35 days prior to departure for $100 per name.
- Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
