Oceania Pre/Post Hotel Stays
All rates are PER PERSON and include luxurious accommodations in top rated hotels, group ground transfers to and from the airport, hotel and ship, hotel taxes and porterage, 24 hour local emergency contact, and services of an OCEANIA hospitality and tour desk available in the lobby of each hotel. Hotels must be purchased no later than 60 days prior to sail date and are based on availability. (If you wish to book hotels, please do so soon after you book the cruise as I have seen OCEANIA run out of inventory). Also remember if you book OCEANIA hotels you do not have to pay the Air Devation cost of $175 per person.
Oceania has pre and post tours available. Please call for information & pricing. If guests purchase additional hotel nights on their own, they will forfeit the transfers included with the hotel package.

Hotel Majestic, Rome
Created in 1889 by the architect Gaetano Koch on the exclusive Via Veneto, the Hotel Majestic Roma was a grande dame from the beginning, with a Carrara-Marble lobby, a ballroom with a fresco ceiling that could hold 120 people and all you would expect of downtown’s premier hotel. The Majestic Roma is a veritable jewel of neoclassic elegance, within walking distance from the Borghese Art Gallery and Gardens and the heart of the city shopping district, Spanish Steps and Via Condotti where all the major houses of fashion have their ateliers.
Book your Reservation
OCL will handle all airline schedule. If you wish to travel from another city, please call our office for information. OCL offers wonderful pre/post hotel stays, and SCT highly recommends going in at least one day early to avoid possible airline weather or mechanical delays. However, to get the full experience of Rome and Venice; 2-3 days early or later is best. It is important to note that OCL does not provide air information until 30-45 days prior to departure; thus seat selection inventory is at a premium. There are several options. If you purchase an OCL pre or post stay we can sometimes get the air itinerary sooner and book your seats. Or, if you request an “Air Deviation”, you can not only request a different outbound and/or return date, but also a certain carrier. The cost is $175 per person for each deviation. Or, you can take a credit of $700 per person and either book airline mileage tickets or we can help you with air reservations. Keep in mind that you would have to purchase the tickets within 24 hours after the reservations are made and once issued, the tickets are totally non-refundable for any reason. Payments & Cancellations
PAYMENTS: A deposit of $750 per person is due with booking. Final payment is due July 1, 2017. Payments can be made by check or credit card. We accept MC, VI, AX and Disc. An authorized signature form is required by fax or scan.

Sharon Carr travel will retain $200 per person if cancelled on or after July 1, 2017.
Legal full names must be given as stated on PASSPORT. (No nicknames). See “General Information” page attached for full details.
INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Insurance information will be provided to you. If for some reason you have not been given an insurance application, please call our office immediately. Please read the information brochure carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier. Insurance for pre existing conditions must be booked with 15 days after initial deposit. If you cancel for medical reasons you must see a doctor and have a doctor’s official letter.
RESPONSIBILITY: XO SHARON CARR TRAVEL is not the source or supplier of the travel services included in this package and they act
solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such service and assume no liability for providing the travel services purchased. XO SHARON CARR TRAVEL is not responsible for weather-related or mechanical delays. XO SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be held responsible should any of these suppliers fail to provide the travel services purchased. XO SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the tour. Also, XO SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives and assigns. If, for some reason, a trip must be rescheduled due to any of the above reasons, participants are bound by the new dates of travel, and can only obtain a refund if insurance has been purchased and insurer is contractually bound. XO SHARON CARR TRAVEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED OR MECHANICAL DELAYS. Any out of pocket expenses caused by airline delays are the sole responsibility of the client and any refunds due are at the sole discretion of the airline. Client must contact the airline directly for any reimbursement. Once again, INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
