Depart from DFW for our flight to Calgary and transfer to Lake Louise. Enjoy the lake’s tranquil waters, walking     the Lakeshore Trail and learning about your surroundings before your Welcome Dinner this evening. Meal (D)      Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

DAY 2 – Lake Louise

Breakfast at the hotel.  Today, enjoy the Ice Magic Festival. There are magnificent artists creating spectacular sculptures with enormous blocks of ice.  There are also ice-carving workshops and demonstrations, as well as a variety of outdoor activities. Perhaps grab our skates and dance on the frozen Lake Louise. The rest of the day is at your leisure for winter activities and the incredible ICE MAGIC FESTIVAL.   Meal (B)                                                                                               Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

DAY 3Lake Louise to Banff

Breakfast at the hotel.  Today head to Banff.  Immerse yourself in the nature’s glory on a sightseeing excursiona round Banff, including the classic viewpoint of Surprise Corner, spectacular Bow Falls and the hoodoo rock formations.  This evening you’ll have the opportunity to meet a Royal Canadian Mountie, dressed in the traditional red serge uniform.  This Local Specialist will share exciting a colorful stories and even pose for a few memorable photos (subject to availability)  Meal (B) Banff Park Lodge

DAY 4 – Banff

Breakfast at the hotel  Day at leisure to enjoy many of the incredible winter activities or shopping.  You might want to consider an optional tour for a bird’s eye view of the Canadian Rockies.  Your Travel Director will be happy to provide some ideas on how to spend your day.  This evening, join your fellow travelers for a Farewell Dinner at your hotel. Breakfast at the hotel.  Transfer to Calgary Airport for our return flight to DFW.

Payments & Cancellations

PAYMENTS:    A $700.00 per person deposit is due upon booking .   Final payment due by Oct 15, 2017 . The advertised price represents a 5% discount for payments made by cash or check.  The price is 5% higher for credit card payments and requires an authorized signature.  We accept MC, VISA, and AX & DISCOVER.

CancellationsIf cancelled before Oct. 15  a $500 per person penalty will be assessed.  If cancelled on or after Oct 15th, package is totally non-refundable for any reason.  Legal first and last names must be given as stated on passport (No nicknames).  Name changes may be made up to 60 days prior to departure for $100 per name changePlease understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation.  No exceptions can be made.

CBS/SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the tour.  Also, CBS/SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered.  Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.  This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.  If, for some reason, a trip must be rescheduled due to any of the above reasons, participants are bound by the new dates of travel, and can only obtain a refund if insurance has been purchased and insurer is contractually bound.
