PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
All personal expenses i.e. phone, laundry, etc., optional excursions, airline baggage charge, gratuities to shipboard personnel, and specialty restaurants have a surcharge, Daily service charges of $15.50-$18.50 per person per day.
DEPOSITS/FINAL PAYMENTS
A deposit of $400 per person is due with reservation. Final payment is due no later than January 15, 2026. We accept AX, Visa, MC, and Discover.
CANCELLATIONS
If cancelled before January 15, 2026, a $150 per person fee is assessed. If cancelled on or after January 15, 2026, trip is non refundable. Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made. If you are not an American Citizen, you are responsible to have proper documentation. Failure to do so may result in being denied boarding.
Legal full names must be given as stated on passports. (No nicknames). Name changes may be made up to 120 days prior to departure for $200 per name changed.
AIR SCHEDULES
This price reflects NCL’s air inclusive promotion. There is no expiration date on this promo at this time, so we do not know when it will be discontinued and the air price is also subject to change. Norwegian has express control over all air schedules, and they will not be provided until approx. 30 days prior to departure.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: YOUR REQUIRED PASSPORT MUST BE VALID 6 MONTHS AFTER THE RETURN OF YOUR CRUISE. “PASSPORT CARDS” ARE NOT VALID FOR OVERSEAS TRAVEL. If you are not an American Citizen, you are responsible to have proper documentation to enter any of the ports of call. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding. If you reside outside of the US or Canada, please check with your consulate to see if you need a visa or visas. If you do not have proper paperwork, you could be denied boarding. A good resource is www.cibt.com. Please be diligent as Norwegian must abide by government rules and we do not want you to miss your cruise.
INSURANCE
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Insurance information will be provided to you. If you have not been given an insurance application, please call our office immediately. Please read the information brochure carefully and call us to book your insurance.
RESPONSIBILITY
SHARON CARR TRAVEL is not the source or supplier of the travel services included in this package and they act solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such service and assume no liability for providing the travel services purchased. SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives and assigns. SHARONCARRTRAVEL is not liable or responsible for any client who has not pro- vided proper documentation to enter the countries listed on the booked itinerary. If, for some reason, a trip must be rescheduled due to any of the above reasons, participants are bound by the new dates of travel, and can only obtain a refund if insurance has been purchased and insurer is contractually bound. SHARON CARR TRAVEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED OR MECHANICAL DELAYS. Any out of pocket expenses caused by airline delays are the sole responsibility of the client and any refunds due are at the sole discretion of the airline. Client must contact the airline directly for any reimbursement. Once again, INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
