All personal expenses i.e. phone, laundry, etc., optional excursions, airline baggage charge, meals other than specified, bottled water, daily service charges of $15.50—$18.50 per person per day, and specialty restaurants have a surcharge.

A deposit of $1100 per person is due with reservation. (no 5 % fee required). Final payment is due no later than November 1, 2023. You may use a credit card for deposit (without fee). We accept AX, Visa, & MC. Final payment can be made by check, by Zelle, or by credit card (use of credit card after deposit will result in 5% fee).
If cancelled before November 1, 2023, a $700 per person fee is assessed. If cancelled on or after November 1, 2023; trip is non refundable. Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made. If you are not an American Citizen, you are responsible to have proper documentation. Failure to do so may result in being denied boarding.
Legal full names must be given as stated on passports. (No nicknames). Name changes may be made up to 120 days prior to departure for $200 per name made.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: YOUR REQUIRED PASSPORT MUST BE VALID 6 MONTHS AFTER THE RETURN OF YOUR CRUISE. “PASSPORT CARDS” ARE NOT VALID FOR OVERSEAS TRAVEL. If you are not an American Citizen, you are responsible to have proper documentation to enter any of the ports of call. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding. If you reside outside of the US or Canada, please check with your consu- late to see if you need a visa or visas. If you do not have proper paperwork, you could be denied boarding. A good resource is www.cibt.com. Please be diligent as we must abide by government rules and we do not want you to miss your cruise.
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Insurance information will be provided to you. If you have not been given an insurance application, please call our office immediately. Please read the information brochure carefully and call us to book your insurance.

The suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied are those who are responsible for providing the travel services purchased. SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be held responsible should any of these suppliers fail to provide the travel services purchased SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the tour. Also, SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives and assigns. If, for some reason, a trip must be rescheduled due to any of the above reasons, participants are bound by the new dates of travel, and can only obtain a refund if insurance has been purchased and insurer is contractually bound American Airlines and NCL Cruises reserve the right to change flight and/or cruise scheduled at any time.
